2 December 2013: Ninja Mass Dinner

Finally had a reunion with the ninja peeps again!
Sigh my red camp feels! I really miss camp ):
Though not everyone was there, still quite a number turned up!
When I first arrived, it was pretty awks cause my friends weren't here yet.
Anyway we were playing games and we were taught a NP traditional forfeit: 7 wonders.
It's a forfeit that involves body contact, where the losers are made to do 7 points of body contact as wished upon them by the rest. (It can be even nose to nose!)

Here shows Sam and Yingquan forehead to forehead!

After, we moved to Makan place, NP's biggest canteen! (that holds 1300 seats as according to Sam)

We have been to Makan Place numerous times, but I never really explored all of the stalls!
Sam brought us round and introduced the stalls~
Had a great time catching up with Sam!

Several other SLs also came by our table to talk to us ^^
And thus, we decided to trick them!
We said Audrey was half Swedish and half Vietnamese.
They said I was half Korean and half Argentinian (explaining my fairness) and that I did Latin dance.
Then they said Cheryl was half Canadian.
And the best thing?
They fell for it.

Sam also told us this ridiculous story that he wanted to use to trick campers with!
It was that he was an ABC, and he met another SL in America.
They even told a story in American accents and it was damn funny!!
Plus, Sam even talked in french and I swear, I was amazed. It was really funny looking at his face while he spoke though!

I also met a fellow DPA student at the dinner!
It was great talking and getting to know others :)
In a month's time, I'll be having my NPP!
I'm excited for the overseas trip, yay!

Here comes the exciting part!!
We brought together Cheryl and her Romeo! <3
We owe it to Sam though, for asking him for a photo!
He was wearing a suit, and damn was he cute!!
Cheryl was blushing so hard and staring holes and him ;)

Awwww so cute right! This is all thanks to Sam's professional photography skills.

Here's the uncropped version haha~

Sigh but because the SLs had to leave early to study for their common tests, our time flew by really fast. Soon, it was time to part, again ):

Group shot!
With Sammy again.

I'm honestly really thankful for Red Camp for letting me feel the NP spirit and culture, and the chance to meet some really amazing people!
Like Sam, he still talks to me on Facebook. (Apparently FB is really alive in NP)
And to bond with my friends, to become, better friends? heheh.

3 December 2013: MS Farewell

We had our Media Studies farewell at a really far place: Hort Park.
Nobody told us we had to go on a hunt around the park though!!
It was hot and tiring ):
My group gave up after answering 5 questions and headed back for aircon :P
We were the first group to return, of course.
Neverthless, Hort Park is a very beautiful park.
I would return there, on a cooling day :)

An artistic shot of me and Venessa!
Our really nice team mates that tolerated our bimboness during the hunt! :)

Exhausted after the hunt.

A proper glam photo!

Anyway, the gathering wasn't very eventful, thus we left for Vivo city!
On the way, we stopped on a bridge and took some photos!

The bridge is pretty, if you ask me.

OOTD
Pretty photo by the amazing Venessa! I just stood there.

Getting to Vivo, we loitered around the mall.
It feels good to be able to do that without being stressed about getting home to study.
First, we queued for some Starbucks!
To tell the truth, in my life, I've only drank Starbucks less than 10 times!
Its really way too ex.
Since the 5 of us shared 2 drinks, we paid $1.70 each.
It was so delicious though, the christmas special drinks!!
We had one cranberry white chocolate and one peppermint mocha :)

Starbucks 1-for-1 today!!
Next, we went to Franc Franc.
Solely for the chair to rest our legs haha as we went to Typo beforehand :)
Franc Franc is an amazing interior design store.
The furniture there will blow your mind, mind you.

Family portrait.

Cheryl was obsessed with the wooden utensils.

yay fisheye!

Anyway, so that kind of concludes my day!
Its always a good time with my media studies friends :)
Even though I only met some of them two years ago through media studies, we've bonded so close and I feel a sense of family when I'm with them :')
I couldn't ask for better friends, they are amazingly crazy (in good ways) and knows exactly how to have fun.
Hopefully, we will all end up together in NP!
Love you all <3
