• New Beginnings: The End of Os

19 October 2013, Swissotel Merchant Court

The day where everyone has that one chance to dress to the nines and look beautiful.
Seriously, everybody looked splendid.
I was afraid of being judged beforehand, but when I got to the dinner, I shed off my fear and just enjoyed myself!

Lets start with my outfit! My dress is a black maxi from Forever 21 and my heels are silver shiny pumps.
I went through many black maxis before finally settling on this dress!
I like this dress because its simple yet elegant, and I can always wear it for other occasions, not just for a formal event.

Honestly, prom was a little boring, and what I did the most was take photos. We had food, Miss Cambridge segment, blessed draw (I didn't win anything, boohoo) and some performances, and that's pretty much it.

Now, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Chloe; Bus gang member number 1! Beneath her pretty exterior, she really lets loose and is so fun! She is really humorous and crazy.

Natalie; a very sweet girl that i forged friendships when we went to Siem Reap together!

Rachel; a fellow dancer with incredibly fair and pink skin.

Yingzhi; my chinese buddy!

Recess Gang!

Vernette; one of my super good friends that I can always talk to! Although small and adorable, she has a big heart! I always bully her and she never gets angry :)

Karen; a friend that I can always lean on and share secrets with! Although noisy like a monkey, she can also be sophisticated and pretty!

Cheyenne; my bishan buddy whom I can talk with about any topic in the world! However our favorite topic remains: Dogs.

Annabelle; a very fun and bubbly fellow dancer whom you will go crazy around her!! Also, she is bus gang member number 2 that contributes the most noise.

Charilyn; my dance president whom I worked hand in hand with over the years and I love her to bits! She is very cute like a goldfish.

Yuemin; bus gang member number 3. She looks pretty when her mouth is closed, but once she talks, you would want her to stop.

My clique; the best friends I could ever ask for! They took me in when I was lonely and left out and gave me much laughs and joy in the past two years. Love you girls <3

Rebekah; my dubu dear whom I can always complain to and hug with ease!

Sze Jia; the girl that has put up with all my bullying for the last four years. Her high pitched voice never fails to make me want to disturb and tease her because she never gets angry.

Sofia; my very first friend I made in PL! For 4 years we have been in the same clique and CCA and have been through a lot. Also bus gang member number 4!! (Number 5 is me obviously! Bus Gang is just the bunch of us that always sit together on the buses on the way to our dance performances)

Adria; the girl that I freak out and make her run away from me half the time. However, she also cares for me deeply and we can always have fun conversations.

Audrey; the darling whom shares the same dreams and aspirations as me. For 3 years ahead of us, we will work hard together to reach our dreams :)

Cherilyn; the awkward piggy that is very violent and never fails to bring laughter by just being herself.

My PL Dancers; the girls that has stuck with me for 4 years of CCA. The bonds and times shared are those that I will never forget.

Sze Han; the motherly piggy that never gets angry and is very fun to bully!

Venessa; the very down to earth yet crazy girl! She also has a mouth that always keeps talking but everything she says is always cute and funny.

Cheryl; flower power girl that has been with me through this past two years as" c/sheryl square".

Sonia; the IQ high but EQ low girl that you can never trust with cameras but you can trust her mouth to spill out complicated words and gossip.

Dione; the pretty girl that I grew close to when we sat together! Beneath her exterior, she is actually really crazy.

Chloe; last but not least my best friend that has been nothing but nice and loving to me these past four years, even though we were not in the same class! <3

Although short, prom was a great experience! As I am going to a poly, I don't think there will be a chance to experience another prom! Hopefully there will be similar events :)
Nevertheless, it was the last time my cohort came together where everyone is happy.
The next time we meet will be the time we collect our results, and I'm sure our emotions would not be as jovial anymore.

Regardless, I want to thank all my friends for the past four years.
It has been a rollarcoaster, and not its come to an end, but I'll always remember this ride.
